- Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear images of the product and packaging for verification.
4. Return Process

- Once approved, instructions for return shipping will be provided.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
7. Important Notes
- Slight variations in color, fabric, or design (due to lighting or screen differences) are not considered defects.
