  • Jewellery items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless received damaged or defective.
  • Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear images of the product and packaging for verification.

4. Return Process

  • Once approved, instructions for return shipping will be provided.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color, fabric, or design (due to lighting or screen differences) are not considered defects.
